Mission Statement

The Narcolepsy Network Support Group of San Diego County is a patient-based local support group for people with narcolepsy or idiopathic hypersomnia.

We hold informal monthly support group meetings. Families, friends, co-workers, employers, health care providers, and educators are welcomed to attend.

We provide an open forum for discussion, offer speakers and specialists in sleep medicine and related fields to further our knowledge, and provide special activities for all to join.

Meeting Schedule

NN Support Group Meetings are held Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Please bring your own beverage.
